(New York, NY) — Florida is targeting NYPD cops with a virtual job fair, trying to convince them to come down South to work. State Attorney General Ashley Moody says they’re recruiting from areas such as New York and Chicago, where she says lawmakers have gone soft on crime and treat police poorly. Moody says Florida is growing fast and needs the expertise that NYPD cops can provide them.
