(New York, NY) – According to a new survey, Somerset County is New Jersey’s best place to live. Niche published the findings. It’s a website that publishes ratings on spots around the US. The study considers things like public schools, family life, job opportunities, commute times, and safety. Diversity and nightlife factor into rankings as well.

Somerset County received a grade of “A+” overall, with especially high marks for its schools and because it’s welcoming to families. For housing it got a “B” grade. Ranked second overall was Bergen County, followed by Middlesex, Morris, and Mercer.
