(New York, NY) – Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band are kicking off their first tour since 2016 tonight, which includes stops in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This evening’s show is in Tampa, while the tour will be in Connecticut next month, with stops in New York City scheduled for April 1 and April 3. Two shows on Long Island and then a show in Newark close out the tour’s North American leg. This comes amid anger and frustration from many Springsteen fans concerning the price of tickets – and Ticketmaster’s “dynamic pricing” system. That issue was recently highlighted when Taylor Swift’s tour went on sale, which led to a system meltdown and congressional hearing.
