(77 WABC) — A hurricane watch is in effect for much of Florida’s east coast.
Forecasters say Nicole forming into a subtropical storm and is expected to gain strength into a full force tropical storm. Governor Ron DeSantis is declaring a State of Emergency in areas of the storms projected path.
Nicole is expected to make landfall in Florida late Wednesday.
