QUEENS, N.Y. (77WABC) — A 70-year-old Queens woman was found dead by police from the 105 Precinct during a wellness check inside of 253-18 148 Road Wednesday morning.
Police say the woman had signs of trauma about her head and body. The victim has been identified as Gisele Dangervil who lived at the address where she was found deceased.
A 77-year-old man that police describe as a person of interest, was taken into custody.
EMS pronounced Dangervil dead at the scene. No motive has been released.
The name of the man taken into custody has not been released. An investigation continues.
