Approximately a dozen transportation vans owned by DHS in the parking lot at 620 Frelinghuysen Ave in Newark. Protesters chained together blocking the entrance and exit of an industrial office park where U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have an office to used to process immigration detainees before transferring them to other states on Tuesday July 20, 2021. The office park in located on Frelinghuysen Ave, Route 27, in Newark near Newark Liberty International Airport. Vehicles were backed-up trying to enter the office park as trucks were trying to exit the park. Ice Protest

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -(77WABC)- Handyman David Bonola–the suspect in the multiple stabbing murder of 51 year old Orsolya Gaal, has been living in the country illegally. Authorities say he was living in New York in violation of immigration laws. The 44 year old arrived in the U.S. 21 years ago from Mexico. Its not clear if he had entered the country legally. Immigration and customs enforcement has placed a hold on the suspect.
