NEW YORK, NEW YORK (77WABC) — A woman whose body was found in a duffel bag in Queens was stabbed over 50 times according to a report by the medical examiner.
Investigators say the body of 51-year-old Orsolya Gaal was discovered in Forest Park in Kew Gardens Saturday morning.
A person walking in the park spotted blood coming from the bag.
Police say the blood from the bag matched the blood found at 72-24 Juno Street where the victim lived.
Investigators believe the woman had gone out that night while her husband was visiting colleges with their son.
Police say she returned to her home with someone and was allegedly murdered in the basement. The suspect putting her body in a duffel bag duffel bag, and dragging it to the location where it was found.
