NEW YORK, NEW YORK -(77WABC)- Mayor Adams on Thursday will reportedly  reverse the COVID 19 private-sector mandate specifically for performers and athletes in city venues, including Yankee Stadium and Citi Field. These impending changes will allow unvaccinated Yankees and Mets players not to miss any home games during the upcoming regular season.   Adam’s reversal could also affect Nets superstar Kyrie Irving.  Some sports websites report Kyrie Irving has been cleared to play in home games beginning this Sunday. Irving had only been allowed to play in away games because he is unvaccinated.
