North Amityville, NY (77WABC)-A 21 year old man was standing outside of a residence on Prospect St. arouind 11 last night when he was hit by gunfire from a passing vehicle.
The drive by shooting, near Prospect near 45th Street, is under investigation by Detectives from the First Squad.
Suffolk County Police say the man was taken to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
