New York, NY (77WABC)- Twenty years after the tragedy of Nine Eleven former President Donald Trump (R) has released a video in which he pays tribute to Nine Eleven and blasts the Biden Administration for its handling of the deadly withdrawal of US Military Forces from Afghanistan, two decades after the war began.
“September 11th represents great sorrow for our country,” said Trump. He added, “many things were displayed that day most importantly the bravery of our police, fire and first responders of every kind.”
A total of 13 US Military members were killed and hundreds of civilians were injured in a blast outside Afghanistan’s Kabul International Airport during the last week of the withdrawal which ended on August 31st.
“The loss of 13 great warriors and the many more who were wounded should never have happened,” said the former President.
In his speech, Trump blasts the “85 billion” dollars in US military equipment left behind in Afghanistan, which he said was “taken from us without even a shot being fired.” Trump added, “the leader of our country was made to look like a fool and that can never be allowed to happen.” Trump said “it was caused by bad planning, incredible weakness and leaders who truly did not understand what was happening.”

Trump said the 20th year of the war should have been a year of victory, honor and strength.
The last thing Mr. Trump says in the 1:44 second video is “do not fear however, America will be made great again.”
“Make America Great Again” or MAGA (/ˈmæɡə/) is a campaign slogan used in American politics popularized by Trump in his successful 2016 presidential campaign. Ronald Reagan used the similar slogan “Let’s Make America Great Again” in his successful 1980 presidential campaign.
