BELGIUM: MELSBROEK MILITARY EVACUATION AFGHANISTAN TUESDAY
New York, NY (77WABC)- Â The Pentagon is reporting several thousand Americans are being evacuated from Afghanistan right now, but won’t go into further detail at the moment. Â While there has been no change to the timeline of the mission (August 31st deadline), it’s being reported that over 4500 Americans are in the process of leaving.
They also noted that COVID screenings are happening throughout all steps of the evacuation process.
