Queens, NY (77WABC)-The New York City Police Department is asking for the public for help in identifying two suspects in connection with the shooting of three people. The shooting happened on Wednesday, July 14th around 2 am near 89-15 144 Street.
Police say two individuals approached a group of people. One of the suspects discharged a firearm. Three people were hit by the gunfire. The gunman and the second suspect fled in a white SUV.
Of the three people hurt, two were taken by EMS to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center; a 25-year-old male victim who sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and a 30-year-old man who was shot in his arm. The 3rd shooting victim, a 26-year-old man was shot in his foot. He was taken to by EMS to Booth Memorial Hospital. All are in stable condition.
