East Harlem, NY (77WABC)-Two Bronx men are charged with the murder of 26-year-old Michael Monclus of 61 West 181 Street in NYC. Monclus was found
by police following a 911 call lying face down and bleeding from his torso in the stairwell of NYCHA’s Lexington Houses on 99th St. after being shot. Police say Monclus was pronounced dead at the scene.
Charged in the May 8th homicide are 25-year-old Tom Ruiz of 1195 Boston Road and Jonathan Tolentino of 1326 Fulton Avenue.
Each defendant is charged with one count of Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Police have not released a motive for the killing.
