New York, NY (77WABC)-Andrew Giuliani (R) the son of 77WABC host and former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani told The Bernie and Sid In The Morning Program he is closer than he has ever been to announcing whether he will make a run for Governor of NY. Giuliani told 77WABC said he expects to announce within two weeks, “the last couple of days I’ve been traveling all around the state meeting New Yorkers who are just fed up with the last ten years of Cuomo and the supermajorities in the state Assembly and Senate.”
Giuliani said, “so I would say I am leaning in on this, I am as close to a decision as I’ve ever been.” He said he expects to announce within two weeks.:
The younger Giuliani responding to the FBI’s raid on his father’s Manhattan apartment and Park Ave office Wednesday questioned the timing of the seizure calling the investigation “political” and “purely corrupt.”
You can listen to a portion of Giuliani’s interview with 77WABC Hosts Bernie McGuirk & Sid Rosenberg below:

The investigation began by the DOJ in 2019 when they began surveilling Rudy Giuliani’s iCloud. He’d joined then President Donald Trump’s legal team in April of 2018. Andrew Giuliani questioned why the FBI did not seize the only piece of “corrupt” evidence in his father’s apartment, a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden.
The laptop was the subject of an intense political controversy before the November 2021 Presidential election. It allegedly contained emails harmful to Joe Biden, then the Democratic nominee.
The NY Post claimed that the materials from the laptop indicated that Joe Biden had been compromised by his son’s business dealings in Ukraine, where he was on the board of the energy firm Burisma.
The former Mayor commented Thursday on the FBI raid calling an allegation related to the FBI’s search warrant of failing to register as a foreign agent “absolutely false.” Corr. Bob Brown Reports:
The FBI has not commented on the raid at Giuliani’s home or office.
