(Harlem, NY/77WABC)-NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo today received his Covid-19 vaccine shortly after noontime at a pop-up vaccination site at The Mount Neboh Baptist Church in South Harlem, NY.
A pop-up vaccination site has been established at the church. Appointments are available at ny.gov/vaccine.
Several days ago Cuomo said he’d receive the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. 
A host of dignitaries spoke during the event including the President of the NAACP Dr. Hazel N. Dukes and retired Congressman Charles B. Rangel.
Cuomo presented Dukes with a Birthday Cake. The 89-year-old Duke was born March 17, 1932.
Dr. Dukes is President of the NAACP New York State Conference and a member of the NAACP National Board of Directors, a member of the NAACP Executive Committee, and an active member of various NAACP board sub-committees. Representative Rangel was the second-longest serving incumbent member of the House of Representatives serving from 1971 until the time of his retirement in 2017.
