NEW YORK (77WABC) – Republican Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis from Staten Island has started a petition for Governor Cuomo to resign called: EnoughCuomo.com
Her site states:
“Governor Cuomo is responsible for the deaths of more than 15,000 New York seniors because of his decision to order nursing homes to accept COVID-positive patients.
Now, his senior advisor has admitted that the Governor covered it up to prevent President Trump from directing “the Department of Justice to do an investigation into us.”
Governor Cuomo must resign immediately.
The U.S. Department of Justice must also complete the investigation I first requested last May and bring criminal charges against anyone who broke the law.
Sign the petition calling on the Governor to step down because of his mishandling of the COVID crisis in our nursing homes and potentially-criminal conduct.”
