(Jackson Heights, Queens/77WABC)-A man was punched and kicked on New Years Day in Jackson Heights Queens by suspects who stole the man’s e-Bike and iPhone. The NYPD says the e-bike is valued at $1,200 and the iPhone XS is valued at $700.
The NYPD says the attack occurred on Friday, Jan. 1st at 10:31 pm at the corner of Roosevelt Avenue and 74th Street. A group of five unidentified males approached the victim as he rode an e-bike. The unidentified males began to punch and kick the victim. One of the unidentified males fled on the e-bike; the others fled on foot. The victim was treated at the scene by EMS. He suffered pain and swelling to his face.
Police are seeking information about the suspects.
