NEW YORK (AP-77WABC) — Federal authorities say they’ve arrested a Northern California man for allegedly threatening harm in text messages sent during the attack on the Capitol to family members of New York Congressman Hakeem Jeffries and a journalist. 35-year-old Robert Lemke was arrested in Bay Point, California, on Tuesday. The retired Air Force Officer is charged with threatening interstate communications. Lemke identifies himself on a Facebook page as a former captain in the U.S. Air Force and a retired sergeant with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office in California.
