NEW YORK (77 WABC) —  Mayor Bill de Blasio says the city is set to begin a limited version of Phase 4 starting Monday. This will include zoos at 33% capacity, professional sports with no fans, and media production.

There are now 40 more blocks of Open Streets to help restaurants offer more outdoor dining on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to announce more details on the reopening plan Friday afternoon.

Several regions of New York are already in Phase 4 including the Capital Region, Central New York, Finger Lakes, Mid-Hudson, Mohawk Valley, North Country, Southern Tier, and Western New York.
