PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say a 17-year-old male accused of sexually assaulting a Rutgers University student in her dorm room while she was asleep has been arrested. Middlesex County Acting Prosecutor Christopher L. C. Kuberiet and Rutgers University Police Chief Kenneth Cop say in a release Monday that the teenager was charged with third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact in the alleged attack early Sunday.
The teen was also charged with juvenile delinquency and third-degree burglary.
