Then, Nick Pope, journalist, UFO expert and former employee of the British Ministry of Defense, briefs Frank on a forthcoming UFO report. Also, Jeff Graham, radio talk show host, the former Mayor of Watertown, NY and the owner of the Pearl Street Pub in Watertown, returns to The Other Side of Midnight.
