Kathryn Garcia on Crime in New York City

Former New York City Sanitation Department Commissioner, Kathryn Garcia, weighs in with her response to the city’s relationship with crime, during this year’s 77WABC Democratic Primary Debate. Previously, Kathryn has also served as Interim Chair and CEO of the New York City Housing Authority and was appointed Food Czar for New York’s emergency food program during the COVID-19 emergency response.
