USCG Chief Warrant Officer Michael Kozloski, 35, was serving on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Hickory, out of Homer, Alaska, when he was killed in a crane accident on January 31, 2019. He left behind a wife of fifteen years, Brienne Kozloski, and his four young children, Madeline, Bayleigh, Cassidy, and Michael Kozloski.
