NYPD Detective Michael Hanson was an ESU veteran involved in countless rescues, including 9/11. Tragically he passed away in 2018 from a 9/11 illness. Cathy shares her heart-wrenching story of honoring his legacy, and her current fight to have his death recognized by the city of New York.
