On this Thursday edition of Bernie & Sid in the Morning, the guys react to the verdict coming out of the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation trial. The jury ruled in Depp's favor, requiring that Heard pay him $15 million in damages. Bernie & Sid make it known that while they don't care much about this trial or its outcome, the internet was absolutely obsessed with it. Quite the distraction from all the news in the world that actually affects our daily lives. Bernie does point out, though, that the verdict is one of the signs pointing toward the fall of woke culture in our society. Depp's victory tells us that the "Me Too" movement is a thing of the past, and other liberal woke ideals may follow suit in the near future. In other news of the day, the Rangers dominated the Tampa Bay Lightning for a Game 1 victory last night in the Eastern Conference final, Sid gets ready for his appearance on Bravo's "Below Deck," Pride Month is already everywhere you look, Joe Rogan thanks Fox News for having his back, the baby formula shortage causing chaos in the West Wing, and Queen Elizabeth II's Jubilee takes place today in London. All of this and so much more on today's edition of Bernie & Sid in the Morning. As always, make sure you catch the Thursday installments of Lidia Reports and The Peerless Boilers Beat Bernie Contest.
