On this Thursday edition of Bernie & Sid in the Morning, Sid is out preparing for his son Gabriel’s Bar Mitzvah this evening, so a much deserved Mazel Tov goes out to Sidney and Gabe. Former Congressman Peter King fills in for Sid as he and Bernie dive into the aftermath of an Election Day which saw the Biden administration and the Democrat Party as a whole take a colossal beatdown from the GOP. Bernie highlights Winsome Sears, the Lieutenant Governor-elect out of Virginia who is quickly becoming the face of this Republican resurgence. Liberal fake news watchers, though, would have no idea who Winsome Sears is today despite her inspirational win because none of the leftist news outlets even aired her victory speech or remotely followed her campaign. Apparently in their eyes being a Republican de-legitimizes a black immigrant woman breaking through the glass ceiling, and makes her unworthy of any news coverage. Have no fear though, as Bernie and Congressman King give Winsome Sears the respect and attention she deserves. In more local news, Phil Murphy is declaring victory in his gubernatorial race against Republican Jack Ciattarelli. One problem for Murphy though, there’s still a ton of mail-in-ballots left to be counted so the Ciattarelli camp is saying not so fast. In any event, the fact that this race ended up being as close as it currently is should be looked at as a win for Republicans across the country. Nassau County DA-elect Anne Donnelly calls in to celebrate her win over Todd Kaminsky with Bernie and Congressman King, and Brian Kilmeade and James Golden aka Bo Snerdley hop on the phone to discuss the release of their respective new books. Also, as is the case every Thursday the great Bill O’Reilly joins the program to chat about the hot topics of the week. Finally, make sure you don’t miss out on today’s installments of Lidia Reports and The Peerless Boilers Beat Bernie Contest.
