We decided we have to act now and quickly and not wait for data. So we gave Hydroxychloroquine without Z-pack because of cardio risks but used Doxycycline. 58 was the median age of my patients given Hyrdoxychloroquine and my observation is if you start Hydroxychloroquine early the better the outcome. There's not a shortage at this point. The bottom line is we have to use what is available at this time to save lives.
