77 WABC celebrated the landing of Columbus in the Americas in 1492, to honor his voyage across the Atlantic Ocean and to recognize Italian-American heritage.
77 WABC broadcast LIVE from the Columbus Day parade in New York City. New Yorkers were invited to join 77 WABC from 12:15PM to 3PM EST on October 10, 2022 for the festivities.
Dignitaries, celebrities and parade goers and by the 77 WABC broadcast booth at West 59th Street and 5th Avenue for pastries by Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace and pizza from Grimaldi’s.
