Dr. Patrick Borgen heads the Maimonides Breast Center, the only fully-accredited Breast Cancer in Brooklyn. He specializes in Breast Surgery and Breast Cancer Surgery.
Dr. Borgen and Stephanie Seban, who is a breast cancer survivor, stopped by the TALKRADIO 77 WABC studios, and Stephanie spoke about her incredible journey of having stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She was diagnosed at age 31 with it and after a few treatments, was sent home to die. She made her way to NYC after being told about Dr. Borgen at Maimonedes Medical Center. She has managed to live 9 years since being diagnosed and credits Dr. Borgen.
