(New York, NY) – At least 10 people are dead following an attack on a crowd gathered for a Christmas event in the French Caribbean territory. A vehicle rammed into the crowd. An investigation has been launched, the driver was arrested following the incident. It is not clear what the motivations were, however local media reports the driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
