(Queens, NY) — An affordable housing lottery in Queens is now up and running with monthly rentals starting at less than 550-dollars.
The lottery includes 21 units at Woodhaven Boulevard Apartments in Rego Park. Monthly rent ranges from 545-dollars to 814-dollars. There are nine studios, seven one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedrooms.
