FHFA Director, Bill Pulte | 08-24-25

On March 14th, 2025, William J. Pulte was sworn in as the fifth director of the US Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Nominated by President Trump, Pulte also chairs Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. With a background in home building and community development, Pulte has focused on expanding affordable housing and fighting mortgage fraud. In a heated discussion with Roger Stone, Pulte addresses accusations of mortgage fraud against notable figures such as New York Attorney General Letitia James, Senator Adam Schiff, and Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook. Pulte defends his findings despite criticism and highlights the importance of enforcing mortgage laws. Pulte and Stone also critique Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's management and the costly renovation of the Federal Reserve's headquarters, calling for immediate action on interest rate cuts to ease financial burdens on American families.
