Plea Deal in Matthew Perry Death

entertainment-matthew-perry

(Los Angeles, CA) – Another suspect in the overdose death of actor Matthew Perry is cutting a plea deal in California. Jasveen Sangha was labeled the “Ketamine Queen” by federal prosecutors. The Los Angeles woman is now agreeing to plead guilty to five federal charges, including providing the ketamine that led to Perry’s death in 2023, according to the United States Department of Justice.

The feds say the 42-year-old provided the ketamine that killed the “Friends” actor in 2023.  Sangha is the fifth and final defendant charged in the overdose death of the “Friends” star to strike a plea agreement with federal prosecutors, avoiding a trial that had been planned for September.  Dr. Salvador Plasencia, Eric Fleming, Perry’s assistant Kenneth Iwamasa and Dr. Mark Chavez were also all charged.

The “Friends” star died on Oct. 28, 2023, after an apparent drowning in the hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home
