(New York, NY)  —  While the stock  market is seeing major ups and downs, there are three towns in New York where real estate is going up. According to Realtor.com, prices have shot up for the first quarter of 2025, compared to last year. One research analyst says many of the zip codes where home prices have gone up are relatively affordable.
The three towns in New York that made the list are Bridgehampton, Brooklyn and Malone. Malone is located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains and is known for its outdoor activities.
