(New York, NY) — Mayor Adams is not feeling his best, and so we wont hear from for the next few days. City Hall says Adams will have a very “limited public schedule” this week so he can go through a series of doctors’ appointments. The 64-year-old, who has diabetes went temporarily blind back in 2016. So, he is taking no chances with his health. City Hall is refusing to say exactly what is going on with Adams, but they say the Mayor will be in communication with his staff as he meets with doctors.
Adam’s spokesman, Fabien Levy released a statement Sunday saying, “Over the last few days, Mayor Adams hasn’t been feeling his best,” Levy did not detail what may be wrong with the mayor, saying “Like every other New Yorker, Mayor Adams has a right to privacy when it comes to personal matters, but we will continue to communicate in the unlikely event he is unable to fully discharge his duties on any particular day,”
