(New York, NY) — NYPD cops are searching for a man who is going around the city starting fires. The serial arsonist lit an NYPD cruiser on fire near City Hall. He also lit another vehicle on fire on Murray Street. Then he set trash on fire near a sleeping subway passenger in Queens. The three incidents all took place in the span of a hour and half last Friday.
No one has been injured in any of the fires. They are all being investigated by the NYPD’s Arson and Explosion Unit.
Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect (see above).
