(Miller Place, NY) – Suffolk County SPCA officials are still horrified by a discovery of a dead puppy in a backpack at a park on Long Island.

The puppy was found back on November 14th, in the woods surrounding the Rocky Point Pine Barrens State Forest.

The Suffolk County SPCA released a statement describing the remains as a 6-month-old French or English bulldog. There is currently a $3,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.
