(New York, NY) – We’re on the cusp of Christmas music season — so get ready to hear plenty of Mariah Carey’s hit “All I Want For Christmas” — in department stores, on the radio, and from your playlists.

It’s been 30 years since Carey’s instant classic debuted. The self-proclaimed “Queen of Christmas” recorded the hit in 1994. The holiday season unofficially kicks off when Carey shares the video on social media and wishes everyone a Merry Christmas. In 2019, the song landed at number one on the charts, jingling all the way to the top spot in 26 countries. Billboard has also bestowed “All I Want For Christmas” as the “Greatest of All Time Holiday Song.”

Carey will be hitting the road for her annual holiday trek of performances. The Long Island native will hit up US cities like Los Angeles, Phoenix, Houston, Boston, and others — wrapping up the tour in New York City on December 17.
