(New York, NY) — Early voting numbers have been very brisk in New York and across the country. Stats show more than 700-thousand New Yorkers cast a ballot over the weekend, during the first two days of the early voting in the Empire State. 250,000 of the early votes came from New York City.

At least 42-million Americans have already cast their ballots nationwide. Officials have reported record-breaking early voting turnout in several swing states, including Georgia and North Carolina.

Vice President Kamala Harris has a major speech planned for today in the nation’s capital.  Organizers are calling it Harris’ “closing argument” to voters. President Trump is expected to give a major speech on the economy in Florida.
