(Hicksville, NY) – A man from Bayville facing several charges after a disturbance was reported at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville. Police say they first got reports of an intoxicated man being aggressive. Then when officers arrived, 30 year old Allan Nunez attacked them with one of the cops being taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officials say that upon further investigation, they discovered the suspect groped a 15 year old girl before they arrived. The charges against him include assault, resisting arrest and forcible touching.
