(St. Louis, MO) — Panera Bread has settled a wrongful death lawsuit over a super caffeinated Charged Lemonade drink with the family of a college student. Twenty-one-year-old Sarah Katz of Jersey City, who attended the University of Pennsylvania, had a heart condition and died after drinking the Charged Lemonade. She knew to avoid caffeine but her parents say she had no idea that the lemonade was risky.

It contained 155 to 300-milligrams of caffeine, compared to 95 in a typical cup of coffee. Sarah Katz suffered cardiac arrest and died. Panera has since pulled Charged Lemonade from its drink lineup.
