(New York, NY) — NYPD cops are searching for a driver who hit and killed a man as he crossed the street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn Wednesday night. Police say the victim was in the crosswalk when he was hit along Ridge Boulevard around 9PM. He was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn where he passed away. Police have not released the name of the victim.
Officers spent the overnight searching through surveillance cameras hoping to ID the driver. They are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to give them a call.
