They discuss 9/11 conspiracies and facts that are not brought up about the event. Frank starts the third hour talking about the presidential debate and its potential impact. He then awards the Listener of the Week and gives the UFO Report on a UAP above New York City. He then gives the Conspiracy of the Day on the 2001 anthrax attacks.
