(Tehran) – The New York Time is reporting that Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is ordering an attack on Israel in retaliation for the killing of a Hamas leader. Iranian sources say Khamenei ordered Iran to hit Israel directly. Khamenei reportedly gave the order Tuesday morning at an emergency meeting of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, shortly after Haniyeh was killed in Tehran.
Israel has neither admitted nor denied killing the Hamas leader.
