(Sag Harbor, NY) – Pop star Justin Timberlake is scheduled to make a virtual appearance in a Long Island court room next week — as he faces arraignment again for DWI charges. His attorney Edward Burke was in court Friday and argued there was a technicality in the original paperwork — leading to the second arraignment. When that takes place next week, Timberlake will participate via Zoom.
It was last month when Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor. He had allegedly blown a stop light and swerved before being pulled over. Later, witnesses claimed Timberlake had been drinking at a local spot. He’s since addressed the arrest and positive support from fans during stops on his world tour — which is ongoing.
