(Philadelphia, PA) — The New York Knicks are moving on to the second round of the NBA playoffs for the second straight year. New York held off Philadelphia 118-115 in Game Six at the Wells Fargo Center to earn a 4-2 Eastern Conference series victory. Jalen Brunson erupted for 41 points and 12 assists in the closeout win. Josh Hart chipped in 16 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists. Donte DiVincenzo finished with 23 points and five three’s in the victory. The Knicks will challenge the Indiana Pacers in the next round. Joel Embiid paced Philly with 39 points and 13 boards in the season-ending loss. The Sixers have not made it past the second round of the playoffs since 2001.

The Indiana Pacers are moving on to the second round of the NBA playoffs for the first time in a decade. Indy blew out the Bucks 120-98 in Game Six from Gainbridge Fieldhouse to earn a 4-2 Eastern Conference series victory. Obi Toppin led the team with 21 points off the bench in the closeout win. TJ McConnell netted 20 from the bench, while Pascal Siakam paced the starters with 19 points. Tyrese Haliburton tallied a double-double on 17 points and 10 assists as Indy squares off against the Knicks in Round Two. Damian Lillard returned for Milwaukee after missing the last two games due to an Achilles injury and led all scorers with 28 points. Bobby Portis netted 20 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as the Bucks suffered a first-round playoff exit for a second straight season.
