WATCH NOW: 77 WABC Greek Independence Day Parade

This Sunday, like every year the streets of Manhattan, New York, will transform into a vibrant sea of blue and white, echoing the spirit of Greece’s Independence Day. The Greek Independence Day parade in Manhattan is a celebration of Hellenic culture, history, and resilience, bringing together Greeks and Philhellenes from across the city and beyond.

This year again 77 WABC & Owners John & Margo Catsimatidis will lead the way, as the parade marches down Fifth Avenue and air fills with the sounds of traditional Greek music, the aroma of savory Greek delicacies, and the sight of Greek flags waving proudly!

77 WABC host Ernie Anastos will be on a float with John, Margo and the WABC family hosting the coverage!
