(Moscow, Russia) — U.S. leaders say there is no evidence to suggest Ukraine is behind the Moscow rock concert terror attack, that claimed more than 130 lives on Friday night.  Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters that the gunmen who pulled of the attack in a sold out concert hall were working with Ukraine.  Vice President Kamala Harris was on ABC on Sunday saying U.S. intelligence leader see nothing to suggest Ukraine was involved. She says the terror group ISIS-K, which has claimed responsibility were the ones who orchestrated the attack.  President Putin says that four gunmen involved in the shooting were attempting to escape to Ukraine.

Flags are at half-staff across Russia as a national day of mourning has been declared for the victims of Friday’s attack. President Vladimir Putin made the declaration today and vowed to punish those who were behind the it. Putin gave his condolences to the families of the victims, and said “our entire people are grieving with you.” Russians have been laying flowers outside the music hall where four armed men fired automatic weapons at a packed concert Friday. It was the deadliest attack on Russian soil since 2004.
