(Los Angeles, CA) — Comedian Richard Lewis has died at the age of 76. Lewis died at his home Tuesday night in Los Angeles after suffering a heart attack. He revealed last year that he had been living with Parkinson’s disease. Lewis has played himself for years on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” with Larry David. He made his first TV appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson” in 1974. Richard Lewis also took on acting roles. He co-starred with Jamie Lee Curtis in the sitcom “Anything but Love,” playing Prince John in Mel Brooks movie comedy “Robin Hood: Men in Tights. ” Lewis also played an alcoholic in the 1995 film “Drunks.”
