(Norwalk, CT) — Stew Leonard’s is recalling some chicken products sold in the tri state because they might contain milk. Last month, cookies that didn’t say they contained peanuts and eggs, led to the death of a New York City woman. The products were sold at Stew Leonard’s deli departments between August 2023 and Jan. 29 of this year. The recalled products are
- Sliced and Shaved Chicken
- Sliced and Shaved Buffalo Chicken
- Chicken Salad
- Chicken Salad Sub Sandwich
- Buffalo Chicken Salad
- Boom Boom Chicken Salad
- Cape Cod Chicken Salad (sold in Norwalk only)
- Lite Chicken Salad (sold in Norwalk only)
So far, no illnesses have been reported with these chicken products.
